Fox Chapel was looking for a system that could house multiple operations throughout the Borough

Fox Chapel Borough engaged TRAISR to replace its permitting and asset-management workflows with a more user-friendly, GIS-based system that could support multiple borough operations and satisfy MS4 reporting requirements. Their priorities included an updated permitting solution, accessible GIS functionality without expensive desktop software, steady technical support, and a single platform to handle inspections, permitting, and reporting.

TRAISR implemented a web-based GIS combined with Work CentrI (alongside modules such as Asset CentrI, Permit CentrI and Fleet CentrI) and integrated Esri's ArcGIS Collector App to enable field location, inspections, photo attachments, and data storage (including CCTV video). As a result, Fox Chapel can complete numerous catch basin and DEP-standardized outfall recon inspections, store photos and videos, run electronic permitting and monthly reports, and meet MS4 reporting obligations—allowing the borough to report on inspections and related data by the end of each year.
