The City of Bonita Springs uses TRAISR to manage its extensive GIS inventory and meet the Gulf Coast’s demanding stormwater-control needs. Faced with implementing a technology solution across multiple departments, the City needed reliable field editing and offline data capture so crews could update and access facility information from a variety of devices and platforms while tracking service-oriented work orders.

TRAISR delivered this capability with Asset Central, Work Central and Inspections Central, using web-based GIS, browser-based editing, asset management and mobile inspections to support offline data capture. As a result, the City gained dependable access to facility data, streamlined tracking of service calls (from stopped-up storm drains to mowing), and improved the speed and accuracy of field responses and inspections.
