Allegiate, a high-performance, coach-led strength conditioning gym, relied on a .pdf and shadowing to train interns through a three-week apprenticeship, which left knowledge gaps, no objective way to track progress, and limited the company’s ability to scale. To solve this, co-founder Tim Caron adopted Trainual’s online training platform to replace the ad-hoc system and create a consistent, assessable curriculum.

Using Trainual, Allegiate migrated modules, iteratively refined content with staff feedback, and now tracks completion scores to see who’s progressing.
