To standardize training, reduce time-consuming retraining, and improve retention, the company turned to Trainual for an online, role-based training solution.
Trainual was implemented as a centralized, editable training hub built out by an internal "Trainual Champion," with assignable onboarding modules, real-time update notifications, and easy reassignable retraining. The result: faster, more consistent ramp-up across roles—most notably cutting Energy Auditor onboarding from about 1.5 months to 2–3 weeks (more than half)—improved retention, and freed CEO Sean McGraw to focus on growing the business.
