Kimberfire, a Toronto-based jeweler founded by Jonathan Goldberg that sources its own diamonds and sells custom engagement rings virtually, needed a scalable way to onboard and train sales staff as it prepared for growth. Until 2019 Goldberg trained hires personally through shadowing, role‑playing, and scattered notes, which consumed his time, so Kimberfire adopted Trainual’s training and knowledge‑management platform to document processes and standardize “the Kimberfire way.”

Using Trainual, Kimberfire migrated notes and email templates into a centralized system, automated onboarding for new hires, and assigned and tracked training so new salespeople could start serving clients immediately.
