iQ Offices, a leading shared office-space provider in Canada with 8 locations, needed a way to train new staff quickly while maintaining performance and brand standards as it expanded. Jenna Wood, Business Operations Manager, was the sole person responsible for training and documentation, so the team chose Trainual, a training and process management platform, to capture and share standard operating procedures across locations.

With Trainual (including a migration package and Success Coach support), Jenna built role-specific training content and rolled it out in August 2019; the platform now serves as the company’s central knowledge base. Trainual enabled remote onboarding, mobile access for field techs, reduced the need for in-person training and ad-hoc support calls, supported safe reopening during the pandemic, and helped iQ Offices maintain consistent service and scale more efficiently.
