The solution was the creation of the LennarFit app, powered by Trainerize, which provided associates with personalized fitness programming, nutrition support, and direct access to certified trainer-coaches. Since its launch, the program has seen significant results, including over 1,000 active users, a 165% increase in nutrition program participation, and up to 2,250 daily sessions recorded. Trainerize enabled Lennar to build a sustainable wellness platform that also supports broader health initiatives, leading to flattened healthcare costs and steadily increasing engagement.
