Wagamama, the UK hospitality brand known for its pan-Asian cuisine, wanted a better way to manage food safety and health & safety across its sites. Working with Trail App, the team looked to replace paper-based logbooks and reduce the time spent on manual audits while keeping standards consistent everywhere.

Trail App implemented digital forms and checklists across Wagamama’s locations, including cooked and reheated food temperature logs, restaurant opening and closing checks, and health and safety opening checks. The result was the elimination of a 90-page paper logbook at each site, improved visibility across all locations, and a reduced need for internal audits, with positive feedback from teams on Trail’s ease of use.
