A Tradogram Case Study
Ashesi University, a not‑for‑profit liberal arts university in Accra with 160+ staff and 43% of students on scholarship, was struggling with slow, paper‑based procurement: manual purchase and approval processes, long walks between departments, overflowing emails and poor budgeting visibility. To address these challenges the university selected Tradogram’s e‑procurement/procurement software to digitize approvals, purchasing and inventory tracking.
Tradogram implemented automated workflows, cloud‑based approvals, reporting and accounting integration, and project‑level spend tracking, removing paper trails and bottlenecks. The results included a drop in purchase‑order processing from 2–3 business days to under 2 hours, clearer visibility into spend and cost‑saving opportunities, faster supplier payments and simplified accounts‑payable tracking — delivering measurable efficiency and time savings across Ashesi University.
