Case Study: Reed (Global Recruitment Firm) streamlines accounts payable and procurement with Tradogram

A Tradogram Case Study

Preview of the Reed Case Study

Streamlining Accounts Payable and Procurement at Reed Global

Reed, the UK’s largest recruitment firm with 3,000+ employees, faced fragmented procurement and accounts-payable processes that allowed maverick spend and limited visibility across multiple branches. Reed’s Head of Financial Accounts, Julian D’Oyley, sought a digital procurement solution and evaluated Tradogram, opting for Tradogram’s procurement system after demos and a trial to introduce approvals, eliminate paper trails, and provide flexible, branch-specific workflows.

Tradogram implemented a configurable approval hierarchy, removed manual paper processes, and integrated the procurement system with Reed’s Oracle AP via API. The result was automated AP entry and auditing, near-zero time spent reconciling purchasing records, drastically reduced AP processing time, and improved spend visibility across hundreds of monthly POs—delivering a net reduction in the procure-to-pay cycle and stronger control over purchasing decisions.
