National Security Institute Replacing Paper with an E-Sourcing Tool

The National Security Institute, an Abu Dhabi-based training provider for security and emergency responders with 200+ employees, struggled with slow, paper-based procurement that caused forgotten documentation, manual approval bottlenecks, and delays in deliveries. During a search for a sourcing system to manage RFQs, approvals, supplier negotiations and spend visibility, Finance Director Ghazanfar Imran selected Tradogram’s e-procurement software.

Tradogram digitized NSI’s procurement with structured approval workflows, electronic RFQs/sourcing events, and maintained supplier profiles, replacing paper trails and manual approvals. As a result, Tradogram reduced purchase order processing from 2–3 business days to 2–8 hours, made communications and approvals nearly instant, improved supplier pricing accuracy, and delivered an estimated 1–5% cost reduction while supporting NSI’s 50–100 POs per month with fewer errors.
