BJ's Gets Scheduling Sorted

BJs.com, a Brisbane-based installer of high-tech lighting and sound (operating as BJ's Sound and Lighting), was overwhelmed by coordinating two shops, four install teams and seven salespeople using paper and an undersized system. They needed a mobile, all-in-one solution for scheduling, on-the-job quoting and invoicing, recurring maintenance, and time/GPS tracking — and chose Tradify.

Tradify’s field-service app was rolled out across the business so staff can view schedules, enter job details, quote and invoice from their phones, assign recurring jobs, and track time and location.
