Schaeffler Group, a leading manufacturer in the automotive and industrial sectors, faced significant challenges due to a heavily paper-based and decentralized invoice processing system. Tradeshift provided a responsive partnership, including technical support and onboarding webinars. The results include a harmonized global process, improved supplier collaboration, and a key quantitative goal to reduce paper invoice volume to less than 6%. The project also increased auto-posting rates and on-time payments.
