The project involved intake from multiple manufacturers, strict cold-chain requirements (notably Pfizer’s -82°C storage), distinct workflows for different vaccines and destination types, and large scale—15,500+ orders to 5,000+ delivery points—creating a high risk of data bottlenecks and a government requirement for real-time visibility and compliance.
