How HRG Embraced Change To Maintain a Normal Flow of Business

Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), a UK-based travel, expense and data management firm with about 5,000 employees worldwide and roughly 150 in France, faced a supplier mandate from a major customer, DHL, to move to the Tradeshift e-invoicing platform. Although HRG processes around 2,000 invoices daily and initially resisted the change for fear of disruption, they agreed to adopt Tradeshift to preserve the important customer relationship.

HRG integrated Tradeshift via SFTP in February 2015, benefiting from clear documentation, fast mapping and responsive technical support. The automated CSV feed made onboarding straightforward and now HRG sends 100–200 e-invoices daily to DHL with minimal manual intervention, maintaining a seamless flow of business, retaining the DHL relationship and opening opportunities to digitalize invoicing for other customers.
