Vesuvius plc, a London‑listed engineered‑ceramics firm serving steel, foundry, glass and solar industries with 12,000 employees across 38 countries, needed better supply‑chain visibility and standardized processes to support innovation and a £20m cost‑reduction program. Facing multiple ERP instances and poor master data quality, the company wanted faster reporting, lower costs and improved end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay collaboration without the disruption of a single‑instance ERP.

Vesuvius implemented the Tradeshift collaboration platform with Quyntess apps to centralize supplier integration, order and invoice processing, and data validation, creating an application layer over its diverse systems.
