To address this challenge, GE Healthcare partnered with TradeCentric and implemented its B2B connected commerce platform, including PunchOut and Purchase Order Automation.
The solution from TradeCentric created a seamless integration layer between GE Healthcare’s eCommerce system and their customers' eProcurement solutions. This streamlined the entire document transfer process, making purchasing more efficient. The results were significant, including a more than 10% increase in orders from integrated customers, who accounted for 15% of all orders, ultimately enhancing flexibility and ease of doing business.
