The footwear company Josef Seibel sought to expand its international reach and leverage the European marketplace landscape, but its existing e-commerce software was limiting this potential. To achieve its growth goals, the brand partnered with vendor Tradebyte and its software to integrate with new sales channels.
Tradebyte implemented a strategic plan, beginning with the Mirapodo marketplace before expanding to Zalando's international channels and other platforms. Through this collaboration with Tradebyte, Josef Seibel successfully integrated 18 new channels and saw tremendous growth, including a 133% year-on-year GMV increase in 2022 and a significant expansion into markets where it previously had no major B2B sales.
