The fashion retailer About You sought to significantly expand its international reach beyond its existing eight European markets. To achieve this global growth, it needed a new fulfilment model that worked alongside its established drop-shipping system. The company partnered with its long-time integration vendor, Tradebyte, to develop and implement this new solution.

Tradebyte implemented the Fulfilment by About You (FbAY) model, which allows partners to use About You's logistics network. This solution enabled About You's launch in over 30 new countries, drastically reduced time-to-market and costs for partners, and increased satisfaction for both partners and customers.
