KGS Sourcing unifies global sourcing with CBX Solution

KGS Sourcing, the global sourcing arm for a broad portfolio of fashion and home retail brands formerly under Redcats, faced growing complexity across suppliers, materials, sampling and multi‑brand product development. To standardize processes, shorten lead times and improve supplier collaboration, KGS Sourcing selected TradeBeyond’s Total Sourcing Management (TSM) concept‑to‑delivery platform to manage sourcing, supplier collaboration and order workflows.

TradeBeyond implemented its TSM solution—adding sourcing, supplier collaboration and order management modules, vendor profiles and scorecards, sampling/material tracking and advanced reporting—enabling KGS Sourcing to plan and forecast production more effectively. The TradeBeyond deployment delivered measurable impact: lead times were cut by up to 30 days, production and design costs fell, margins improved, and supplier communication, performance and real‑time visibility across the supply chain were significantly enhanced.
