U.S. Dairy Export Council launches Singapore center on time and on budget with Tractus

The U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) decided to establish its first international Center of Excellence outside the U.S. to promote dairy exports. They faced the challenge of finding a suitable location and managing the entire turnkey setup process for this new operation in Singapore. USDEC hired Tractus to provide program management services for this initiative.

Tractus implemented a comprehensive solution, managing everything from a detailed site selection process across 74 potential locations to entity setup, recruiting, and the design-build of the facility, which included a show kitchen and sensory lab. As a result, Tractus successfully delivered the U.S. Center for Dairy Excellence on time and on budget, launching it in October 2020 as a hub for dairy innovation and collaboration in Southeast Asia.
