Ovato worked in partnership with Unilever’s agencies, Iris London and Hive Online, to deliver the PG Tips Cuppa Club campaign. Hive Online provided a proprietary application already developed to handle the management of the promotion registrations, point redemption, point aggregation and prize allocations, whilst Iris London was the creative agency. Ovato provided consultancy on integration and the promotion mechanic; the set-up of email broadcasting and triggered email messaging based upon the user activity within the rewards application; and managed data capture for all prize fulfilment.
