PG Tips needed a replacement for a popular loyalty programme that ended in 2015 and wanted an on‑pack competition to let winners redeem a personalised PG Tips‑branded mug (two embossed initials) while also giving winners and non‑winners a 50p off POS voucher. PG Tips engaged TractionNext to provide a competition and fulfilment platform, integrating a rich competition module with the brand’s website to manage codes, entrants and voucher distribution.

TractionNext delivered an end‑to‑end solution—on‑pack code verification, data capture, automated winner/non‑winner emails with unique voucher links, and automated exports to fulfilment and printing partners so mugs were personalised and dispatched correctly, with customer‑service integration for queries. The TractionNext platform handled code generation, draw verification and fulfilment workflows and drove measurable impact: PG Tips gained more than 100,000 new customers.
