Magnum Ice Cream needed to run an in-store competition where assistants completed entry forms on iPads and the winner would receive a year's supply of Magnum. As an established Unilever vendor, they engaged TractionNext to capture entries, manage the draw and handle communications using the TractionNext platform (including its automated File Import service, competition module and single customer view).

TractionNext implemented an SFTP-based export/import workflow, picked up entry files on a daily schedule, posted entries to the platform and triggered confirmation and winner emails with a maximum delay of less than 24 hours. Using TractionNext’s competition module and independently-verified draw mechanic they automatically selected winners, delivered branded, responsive emails and provided a rich reporting suite so Magnum Ice Cream could track metrics for each entrant — delivering a one-stop solution for capture, delivery and measurement.
