TractionNext implemented database segmentation and dynamic content so a single HTML email template could display personalized maps and directions based on each subscriber’s postcode, using its WYSIWYG editor and conditional logic to avoid creating multiple versions. The campaign raised $250,000 from attending subscribers while keeping costs low by minimizing template builds and improving relevance.
