Pioneer, a Tokyo-based multinational specialising in Home/DJ/Car audio, needed to build segmented databases for its Car and DJ product lines while ensuring marketing complied with global spam and privacy rules. To meet this challenge Pioneer partnered with TractionNext and used the TractionNext platform to support data capture and compliant communications.

TractionNext built three sign-up forms (Car, DJ and a web product registration form), configured automated welcome emails for new contacts, and ran a best-practice workshop on responsible marketing and spam compliance. As a result, contacts now receive automated, relevant welcome programs that boost engagement, and Pioneer’s digital communications are confidently compliant with government regulations; the company also established processes for legally managing and acquiring databases and for cross-brand communications.
