JCC Chicago, a community organization serving 65,000 individuals through various centers and camps, faced a challenge with its financial assistance program. This involved moving from disjointed spreadsheets to a centralized system with custom objects, automated workflows, and data dashboards. The solution provided data-driven recommendations for each case and streamlined the entire administrative process. As a result, Traction Rec helped JCC Chicago achieve a 67% decrease in application turnaround time, a 50% reduction in time spent on administration, and allowed 400 families to receive support. The data analysis also enabled the JCC to intentionally adjust its eligibility guidelines to help more families in need.
