The Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a federated organization operating 4,700 clubs, faced a significant challenge with its outdated, paper-based club management system. The manual processes, including paper applications and clipboard sign-ins, bogged down staff and created safety concerns due to a lack of real-time data on attendance. To address this, they engaged vendor Traction Rec to build a standardized, nation-wide solution, which became the MyClubHub platform.
Traction Rec implemented MyClubHub, a solution built on the Salesforce platform that streamlined operations with features like nation-wide membership management and real-time reporting. This allowed staff to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time with kids, while also providing a seamless online experience for parents. The solution is being rolled out to support approximately 800 organizations, 3,200 clubs, and around 1.7 million registered members, significantly improving reporting capabilities and child safety initiatives.
