The Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a national organization supporting 1.7 million youth, faced operational inefficiencies due to its federated model. With nearly 4,700 independent Club locations each using different tools and paper-based systems, there was a clear need for a unified solution to reduce administrative workloads. The organization partnered with vendor Traction Rec and Salesforce to develop a universal CRM to address this challenge.
Traction Rec implemented MyClubHub, a custom solution built on the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. This universal CRM streamlined membership management, program enrollment, and fundraising across the network. The results were significant, with 350 Club locations deployed in just nine months and new Clubs onboarded in under 90 days. This allowed the organization to redirect its focus from administrative tasks to its core mission, effectively engaging its 1.7 million members.
