Thermo Fisher Oyster Point, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, faced the challenge of managing several hundred visitors each week across multiple buildings and 615 employees in a highly regulated biotech environment. They needed strict audit trails for compliance (including ITAR), tighter control over intellectual property and access to sensitive areas, reliable health-and-safety procedures and evacuation notifications, and a way to replace paper sign-ins and manual NDA handling.
