By installing Tractian's sensors on key assets like air compressors and process tanks, Embraer gained real-time, remote monitoring capabilities. The solution provided early failure detection alerts, automated maintenance demands, and generated actionable insights with prescribed solutions. This allowed Embraer to anticipate and prevent failures, such as motor unbalances and filter saturation, avoiding production stops. As a result, the company saw a considerable increase in asset availability and reliability, a decrease in unplanned downtime recurrence, and significant savings on potential repair costs, leading them to expand their use of Tractian's system.
