Magni partnered with Trackunit to create the MyMagni solution, which provides customers with proactive maintenance scheduling, alerts, and machine data. This allows customers to stay ahead of potential issues and keep their equipment running at peak performance. The solution, offered with a free three-year subscription on new machines, was so well-received that the vast majority of customers chose to renew their subscriptions. The partnership with Trackunit enabled Magni to offer superior support, and the vendor's effective customer management often resolves issues directly, reducing the support burden on Magni. Customers now view the Trackunit-powered service as a significant value-added benefit.
