The Trackplan solution included on-site training and the implementation of their software to manage job requests. This enabled the team to handle over 200 reactive and planned jobs monthly, set up 35+ planned maintenance schedules, and manage over 100 assets and 38 contractors. Trackplan's software provided the necessary structure, storing over 4,500 documents and photos, to ensure clarity, track performance, and eliminate overlooked tasks.
