GSI Seguridad Privada, an international security firm operating across Mexico and Latin America for more than 40 years, faced rapid expansion and growing client demand for real-time, customizable guard and activity management to boost retention and win new business. To modernize operations they partnered with Trackforce Valiant, initially adopting the Patrol guard-tour mobile app as they evaluated broader platform capabilities.

Trackforce Valiant delivered a customized security management platform and helped GSI upgrade from Patrol to the feature-rich m-Post app, adding Lone Worker Protection and real-time incident reporting with photo/video attachments. The deployment increased guard productivity and service quality, enabled faster incident response and richer client reporting, and directly supported GSI’s ability to close new business and continue growing.
