Leveraging Technology to Better Manage Security Officers

SecureNet Protection Services, a Southern California security firm, needed to eliminate paper reports, modernize its guard tour system, provide real-time evidence of completed tasks and incidents, and better meet client needs. To address these goals, SecureNet implemented Trackforce Valiant’s full suite of desktop and mobile apps (m-Post, Post, and Patrol).

Trackforce Valiant replaced paper with secure, digital reporting (including images and video), upgraded guard tours using GPS and NFC, added post-order management, and enabled real-time officer tracking and dispatch by proximity and drive time. The solution eliminated paper reports, improved supervisor oversight and officer productivity, and helped SecureNet stay more competitive and attract new recruits.
