Inter-Con, a global security provider operating in Mexico since 1987 and serving more than 400 business partners across over 1,000 locations, faced limitations with a legacy guard tour system that couldn’t capture video or photos, send real-time updates, monitor GPS or automate reporting. To address these gaps, Inter-Con turned to Trackforce Valiant and its security management platform, including the m-POST mobile application, seeking a customizable, easy-to-use solution for real-time monitoring and improved communication.

Trackforce Valiant implemented its platform and m-POST app to automate and monitor guard tours, record incidents and NFC checkpoint scans in real time, and deliver complete reports to stakeholders. As a result, Inter-Con simplified daily guard tasks, improved incident and hazard response rates, increased customer satisfaction and trust, and reported a decline in vandalism, assaults and thefts following the platform’s rollout in January 2015.
