GAP, a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of PVC-U building products with 40+ depots and 240+ vans, wanted to improve customer service while reducing paperwork and better managing deliveries across its national network. To support this, GAP turned to Track-POD’s electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) system with route and fleet optimisation features.

Track-POD implemented an all-in-one delivery management solution with unlimited route optimisation, real-time tracking and live ETA, and paperless proof of delivery. The new system helped GAP streamline operations and improve delivery coordination from Aberdeen to Wickford, although the case study does not provide specific quantitative results.
