100 Black Men - Las Vegas, a local chapter of 100 Black Men of America with about 80 active members, faced inconsistent volunteer-hour tracking (previously done in Excel) despite a 60‑hour annual volunteer requirement. Using Track it Forward, members log hours by activity categories and leaders pull monthly reports by member, activity, and hours; the chapter also uses milestone tracking, awards, and a leaderboard to monitor progress and motivate volunteers.
