Park Organization Tracks Time For Grants & Sponsorships

Friends of the Hammock, a small nonprofit in Dunedin, Florida whose volunteers contribute up to 100 hours a month maintaining Hammock Park, needed an affordable, easy-to-use way to track volunteer time and produce reliable reports for grant and sponsorship applications. Volunteer leader Pam Hillestad selected Track It Forward to simplify time tracking for an older volunteer base and to gather the data required for match-grants and sponsor outreach.

Track It Forward provided simple hour logging (including manager-entered entries), categorical tracking, reporting tools, and a mass email feature to mobilize volunteers for last-minute opportunities. As a result, Friends of the Hammock can quickly compile match-grant dollar calculations and sponsor-ready reports, has seen increased volunteer engagement from targeted outreach, and reports greater organizational capacity and cost-effective growth thanks to Track It Forward.
