A Track it Forward Case Study
Junior Auxiliary of Greenwood, a local chapter of the national Junior Auxiliary organization, needed a better way to manage volunteer hours across 61 active members, 10 projects, and multiple hour categories. Previously, hours were tracked on paper, which made it easy for members to forget to log time or turn in forms and created extra work for administrators. To solve this, the chapter adopted Track It Forward, using its volunteer hour tracking and mobile app features to simplify logging and organization.
With Track It Forward, members can quickly submit hours from their phones, select the correct project and hour type, and have entries routed through hour approval for accuracy. The software also provides milestones, reports, and multiple-admin support, helping the chapter monitor progress toward its 72-hour annual requirement, including 24 service hours, 12 education hours, and 12 finance hours. As a result, Junior Auxiliary of Greenwood says Track It Forward streamlined their old paper process, reduced mistakes, and made it much easier to see who is on track and who may need support.
