Camellia Rose Chapter, an Atlanta-based chapter of an international volunteer organization, needed a better way to ensure members met their annual 48-hour service requirement and to quantify volunteer impact. Rebecca Young, VP of Membership, had been collecting volunteer-submitted hours, entering them into a spreadsheet, and manually transcribing them into the national database. To solve this, the chapter adopted Track it Forward’s mobile app and reporting tools.
Track it Forward lets volunteers log their own hours via mobile, view personal progress, and lets Rebecca pull advanced reports each month instead of collating spreadsheets or manually transcribing data. The chapter configured Track it Forward to skip hour approval, show member charts without leaderboards, and enforce 48-hour milestones starting May 1, 2017 — streamlining compliance, saving staff time, and making it easy to quantify community impact.
