Children's Museum Tracks Hours for Volunteer Rewards and Funding

Nutrien Wonderhub, a nonprofit children’s museum in Saskatoon, Canada, needed a better way to manage volunteer time tracking, shift sign-ups, and reporting. The team wanted to reduce the back-and-forth of email scheduling while also capturing volunteer hours for grants, sponsorships, and volunteer recognition programs. Track it Forward provided the volunteer time tracking software used to address these needs.

With Track it Forward, Nutrien Wonderhub enabled volunteers to sign up for shifts in a calendar, track hours automatically, and view their progress toward rewards through milestones for its “Wondernaut Points” program. The museum also gained quick access to reports on volunteer hours and retention, helping support funding requirements and appreciation efforts. Track it Forward’s reliable support and easy-to-use dashboard gave staff confidence in their tracking process and saved administrative time.
