TechnoServe improves coffee farming with TraceX using 3-tier regenerative scorecards

TechnoServe, an international non-profit, faced challenges in improving the incomes of smallholder coffee farmers in India due to a lack of knowledge on climate-smart practices, uncertain crop yields, and ineffective market linkages. They partnered with TraceX and implemented its Sustainability Platform to address these issues and track sustainable farming practices.

The TraceX solution provided tools for farm digitization, including Crop Configuration, Package of Practices (PoP), Farm Audits, and a Regenerative Coffee Scorecard. This empowered farmers to adopt sustainable practices, improved transparency in the coffee value chain, and facilitated access to certifications. As a result, the program supported by TraceX successfully enhanced farmer incomes, strengthened market linkages, and delivered socio-economic and environmental benefits.
