TechnoServe, a nonprofit organization working to strengthen India's dairy industry, faced challenges with sector fragmentation, low milk productivity, and ensuring quality and animal welfare compliance. To address these issues and empower women dairy farmers, they partnered with vendor TraceX to implement its traceability platform for strengthening milk traceability from farm to factory.

TraceX provided a solution featuring hierarchy and role management, streamlined farmer onboarding, and a Dairy Master system for profiling Bulk Milk Chillers and tracking daily pouring data and quality tests. The platform's API integrations enabled seamless data flow with dairy partner systems. As a result, TraceX enabled 100% farmer traceability, empowering women participants, improving animal care practices, and ensuring the procurement of quality milk throughout the supply chain.
