The company’s challenge was that customers frequently requested CAD downloads, customer service calls were consuming time, and website visitors were not easily converting into leads or entering the HubSpot CRM.

TraceParts provided Remke with its EasyLink embedded viewer and CAD download functionality, integrated through the TraceParts API and the TraceParts HubSpot Connector. This let visitors self-serve CAD files 24/7, reduced support burden, and automatically fed lead activity into HubSpot for scoring and follow-up. Remke reported that the implementation took about a week, and the new workflow created an automated sales lead machine that improved lead flow, lead qualification, and long-term marketing follow-up for TraceParts-generated leads.
