MISUMI Europe GmbH wanted to increase customer awareness of its products and services online and find a way to reach potential buyers more effectively. To do this, MISUMI Europe partnered with TraceParts and used its online marketing and email campaign services to connect with relevant audiences already interested in CAD content and related products.

TraceParts supported MISUMI Europe with targeted email campaigns, including a campaign for locating pins, using its contacts database and recipient data based on previous CAD downloads. The campaigns were easy to run, allowed MISUMI to control timing and HTML design, and were followed by detailed reporting. As a result, MISUMI Europe reached more potential customers, increased interest in its products, and drove more visits to its homepage and online shop.
