CSR, a company based in Sartrouville specializing in linear movement components such as linear guides and ball screws, needed a better way to meet growing customer demand for 2D and 3D CAD drawings while also improving visibility beyond its traditional spare-parts market. It worked with TraceParts for an online CAD library and website support to help serve machine-tool and machinery manufacturers more effectively.

TraceParts implemented the CSR CAD library on its platform and also designed, maintained, and hosted CSR’s website, including PDF catalogs and an online store. The result was improved visibility, reduced reliance on postal and email campaigns, faster and more precise order handling, and new online orders of about 1 to 3 per day, helping CSR convert occasional buyers into loyal customers.
