Case Study: COVAL expands internationally with TraceParts CAD libraries

COVAL, the vacuum specialist, fills up in the international market thanks to TraceParts

COVAL, a French specialist in vacuum handling systems, needed a better way to respond to growing customer demand for CAD models in many different formats without overloading its engineering teams. The company also wanted to support its international expansion and make its products easier to access for customers and subsidiaries abroad, so it turned to TraceParts for help with 3D part data distribution.

TraceParts created and hosted COVAL’s full component library, providing around 2,500 3D part numbers in multiple CAD formats through COVAL’s website and the TraceParts portal. This reduced the burden on COVAL’s engineering department, improved access for customers, and drove strong usage, with the TraceParts portal accounting for 35% of all user access to COVAL components and an even higher share outside France.
