TraceLink Customers Jump Ahead of South Korea Deadlines With Live Reporting

Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company faced the challenge of meeting South Korea’s serialized drug reporting requirements ahead of a fast-approaching government deadline, including the added complexity of coordinating data with a 3PL and supporting multiple shipment, return, and destruction workflows. To prepare, the company worked with TraceLink and its Life Sciences Cloud, using the South Korea Compliance module to get reporting capabilities in place months early.

TraceLink implemented a South Korea compliance solution that supported CSV-based KPIS submissions, matched Template A and Template B file requirements, and managed the detailed data exchange needed between the manufacturer, 3PL, and government. The customer successfully uploaded more than 1,400 compliance documents, generated reports for 1,400 shipments totaling 3.8 million units sold to 84 unique customers, and handled both wholesale and sample distributions before the deadline.
