Tquila Automation helped InHealth implement robotic process automation, starting with the staff onboarding process and later expanding into areas like billing and finance. The solution significantly reduced manual errors and processing times, saving an estimated 21,000 hours of work and projecting a total of 42,000 hours saved. The vendor’s guidance was crucial in building InHealth’s automation approach, embedding the technology throughout the business, and achieving substantial operational efficiencies.
